Devon Capital Management is not conducting business today and is not operating this web site as a means of generating business. Devon is operating this web site as a means of distributing information concerning the application of structured finance and derivatives to the municipal bond market. This site will also contain the various legal documents filed by the government, Devon, and related parties as well as judicial opinions in the ongoing litigation.
This site is not meant to criticize the U.S. government or the judicial system. Instead it will present a brief synopsis and analysis of each document filed or judicial opinion issued.
